Terms of Use

Welcome to our Rising Force Prophecy website, GameCP, and server services ("Server," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By registering an account, accessing our website, using our GameCP portal, or playing on our game server, you ("User" or "Player") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our website, GameCP, or game services.

1. Account Creation and Eligibility

  • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Any activity that occurs under your GameCP and game account is your sole responsibility.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information upon registration. Creating accounts using temporary/disposable email addresses or false identities may result in immediate account termination.
  • Single User Access & Non-Transferability: Accounts are non-transferable. Selling, buying, sharing, or trading accounts with third parties is strictly prohibited.

2. GameCP, Donations, Payments, and Shop Terms

  • Voluntary Contributions: Any payment or top-up made through our GameCP is considered a voluntary contribution toward the maintenance, operation, hosting, and ongoing development of the server.
  • Virtual Credits & Cash Shop: Upon a successful payment transaction, your account will be credited with virtual points/credits. These credits hold no real-world monetary value and can only be redeemed within our GameCP Item Shop.
  • Strict No-Refund & No-Chargeback Policy:
    • All top-ups, virtual credit purchases, and in-game item redemptions made via the GameCP are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
    • Any attempt to initiate an unauthorized chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank, e-wallet, or payment gateway provider will result in an automatic permanent ban of all associated GameCP and In-game accounts.
  • In-Game Item Purchases:
    • Items purchased using GameCP credits are delivered directly to your designated character or account storage.
    • It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct item, account, and character are selected before confirming a purchase. The server is not responsible for items sent to the wrong character due to user error.

3. Virtual Assets and In-Game Items

  • Virtual Ownership: All in-game items, characters, equipment, virtual currency, and data remain the exclusive property of the Server. Users are granted a limited, revocable license to access these assets within the active game environment.
  • No Real Money Trading (RMT): Buying, selling, trading, or soliciting in-game currency, equipment, or accounts for real-world currency (RMT) or external items is strictly forbidden unless explicitly supported by an official in-game or GameCP system.
  • Balancing and Adjustments: We reserve the right to reset, modify, re-balance, or adjust item stats, drop rates, and virtual assets at any time to maintain server health and gameplay stability.

4. Fair Play and Community Guidelines

To maintain a fair and competitive environment, all users must strictly adhere to the following rules across our website, GameCP, game client, and community channels (e.g., Discord):

  • No Cheating or Exploiting: The use of third-party software, automation scripts, memory editors, hacks, bots, or exploiting software bugs for unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
  • Anti-Disruption & Security: Intentional disruption of server infrastructure, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, unauthorized database access, or attempting to compromise the GameCP will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal prosecution.
  • Respectful Behavior: Harassment, toxic behavior, hate speech, impersonation of server staff, or scamming other players will not be tolerated.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Game Ownership: RF Online and all associated logos, graphics, audio, code, and game assets are the intellectual property of their respective legal owners (CCR Inc. and official publishers).
  • Website & Database Content: The custom tools, layout, databases (e.g., in-game equipment guides, item statistics), and original media published on this website and GameCP are owned by or licensed to us. Unapproved scraping, mirroring, or commercial redistribution of this content is prohibited.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

  • Service Status: We strive to maintain maximum uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, GameCP, or game servers. Maintenance, patches, database updates, or emergency downtime may occur without prior notice.
  • Server Lifecycle: The administration reserves the right to update, modify, pause, or shut down any portion of the service or game server when deemed necessary for operational reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our website, GameCP, and game services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the administration or server operators be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our services or GameCP portal.
  • Account suspensions or terminations resulting from policy violations.
  • Loss of virtual items or account data due to hardware failures, unexpected rollbacks, or technical issues.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any GameCP or game account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if a user violates these Terms of Use or engages in actions harmful to the community or server integrity.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Any modifications will be published directly on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website, GameCP, or game server after updates are posted constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
